Arborist Consultation Agreement
 

By scheduling or receiving services from Wise Tree Expert, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
 

Consultation Fee

Payment for arborist consultations is due upon arrival and prior to the commencement of any inspection, consultation, assessment, or professional services.

Wise Tree Expert reserves the right to postpone or decline services if payment is not received prior to the consultation.
 

Professional Opinion

The consultation fee compensates Wise Tree Expert for professional time, travel, inspection, observations, analysis, and arboricultural expertise. Payment is for professional services rendered and not for any specific outcome, recommendation, permit approval, or project result.

Reports and Additional Services

Unless otherwise stated in writing, consultation fees do not include written reports, permit applications, city responses, expert witness services, engineering services, surveying, laboratory testing, or additional site visits.

Any requested services beyond the initial consultation may require a separate proposal and fee.
 

Municipal and Permit Approvals

Wise Tree Expert cannot guarantee approval from any city, county, homeowner association, insurance company, architect, engineer, contractor, or other third party.

Recommendations are based on observations made at the time of inspection and professional judgment using currently available information.
 

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
 

Refund Policy

Consultation fees become fully earned before the consultation, site visit, inspection, or professional assessment has commenced. Because professional expertise, travel, and time cannot be returned, refunds will not be issued for completed consultations.

Limitation of Services
 

The consultation is limited to visual observations unless otherwise specified in writing. No invasive testing, excavation, laboratory analysis, or advanced risk assessment is included unless separately authorized.

By checking the box below, scheduling an appointment, submitting payment, or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
